In West Hollywood, Studio 55 opened as a Brazilian design pop-up that brought together mid-century treasures by icons such as Jorge Zalszupin, Joaquim Tenreiro, Geraldo de Barros, and FORMA (by Carlo Hauner & Martin Eisler). Set within a vibrant Los Angeles enclave, the exhibition celebrated the sculptural elegance of Brazilian modernism—where jacarandá rosewood and sinuous forms imbued each piece with an almost kinetic sensuality.
